Miller FO 103-T-250-J Three-hole Fiber Optic Stripper
Description:
The Miller® FO 103-T-250-J Three-hole Fiber Optic Stripper features precise holes and V-opening in the blade, allowing for accurate buffer coating removal while preventing scratching or nicking of optical fiber. The first hole can remove 1.6-3mm fiber jackets to a 600~900µm buffer. The second hole strips a 900µm buffer down to a 250µm coating. The third hole is designed for stripping a 250μm coating from a 125μm cladding. All cutting surfaces are hardened, tempered, and ground, assuring precise buffer removal. This fiber buffer stripper is factory set and requires no adjustments.
The Miller® FO 103 Series of fiber optic strippers is the ONLY fiber stripper with stripping holes created by the wire EDM process, an exact and repeatable manufacturing process. Other competitive tools utilize a grinding process to shape the stripping hole geometry. The profile can vary during production as the grinding wheel breaks down. The FO 103 Series has more precision and durability than the competition.
