Miller FO 103-D-J Two-hole Fiber Optic Stripper

Miller FO 103-D-J Two-hole Fiber Optic Stripper

Description:
The Miller® FO-103-D-J two-hole design efficiently strips away the 1.6~3 mm jacket & 250 micron coating from the 125 micron bare fiber in one compact tool that is factory-set & does not require any adjustment. Manufactured to precise tolerances, its diameter holes & V-openings in the blade allow for accurate & clean stripping without scratching or nicking the bare fiber. It features a pivot pin, spring & precision handles with printed stripping references to enhance the functionality & durability of the tool.

The Miller® FO 103 Series of fiber optic strippers is the ONLY fiber stripper with stripping holes created by the wire EDM process, an exact and repeatable manufacturing process. Other competitive tools utilize a grinding process to shape the stripping hole geometry. The profile can vary during production as the grinding wheel breaks down. The FO 103 Series has more precision and durability than the competition.

Features:

  • Two-hole design efficiently strips.
  • It’s factory-set & does not require any adjustment.
  • The big hole for stripping a 1.6~3mm jacket to expose a 600~900um buffer.
  • The small hole for stripping 250um coating to expose 125um cladding.
  • Manufactured to precise tolerances, its diameter holes & V-openings in the blade allow for accurate & clean stripping without scratching or nicking the bare fiber.
  • The pivot pin, spring & precision handles with printed stripping reference enhance the functionality & durability of the tool.
  • Length: 137mm; weight: 71g.
